We want you to love every sip, but if you are not satisfied with your Waterdrop® order, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and sealed products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, food items and drinkware can only be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original Waterdrop® packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
