What is a Waterdrop® hydration cube?
A Waterdrop® is a small, sugar-free cube made from natural fruit and plant extracts. Simply dissolve it in cold water to create a delicious, vitamin-enriched beverage.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your products sugar-free and vegan?
Yes, all our Microdrink, Microtea, and Microenergy cubes are 100% sugar-free, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free, using only natural sweeteners like stevia or sucralose.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food or beverage items.
Can I use Waterdrop® in hot water?
While our Microdrinks are designed for cold water, our Microtea line is specifically formulated to be dissolved in hot water at approximately 140°F for the best flavor experience.
